Welcome,
To the official website of the Charlotte Amalie High School Class of 1984.

In June 2004, we marked the celebration of our 20th Anniversary Year with two weeks of fun-filled activities.  Week I saw fellow classmates, spouses and children come from near and broad to partake in Reunion 2004.  Week II involved several members of the Class embarking upon the cruise ship Carnival Destiny for a seven day southern Caribbean cruise.  Joining the "Hawks" were some members of the Ivanna Eudora Kean High School "Devil Rays" Class of 1984.

Indeed, our 20th Reunion was a smashing success and ideas for our Silver Anniversary, the 25th, are being tossed around.  We will be seeking your input for the planning of class activities.  A lot can be done in the next five years.

On behalf of the Reunion Committee and the committed volunteers of the "Best Class Ever", thank you for making the reunion a reality.

Please pass along this website's address to classmates, family and friends.

Peruse the various pages and HAVE FUN MESON!

Class President

The reunion and cruise were SLAMMING! I had a wonderful time and a great set of memories to take me through the reset of my Wisconsin year. Hope to keep in touch with my class and newfound travel mates. Peace. peace and love.

Words from the WebMaster

Greetings to All,

I am pleased to present this updated website for all class members and other visitors.  There is still more work to be done, but for the time being, I have included a picture album of the 20th Reunion.

What can I say?!  The 20th Reunion was an excellent success.  A lot has transpired in 20 years, but most importantly, we remained classmates, friends and family.  The bond of attending the same high school can never be broken.

Beverly Walwyn, who graduated from Weslyan Academy in 1984 told me that big classes have their benefits, such as the reunion.  She should know, she joined in on the seven day cruise and had herself a ball.  View the album and see.

Two weeks of fun were had by all!  Who could forget the Karaoke night and the Hawks beating the Rays once again in basketball - Just like the old days.  Speaking of basketball, a lot of BenGay was used after the game.

I cannot wait until the 25th Reunion.  As a matter of course, I would like to see at least a fifty percent turnout in 2009.  And, fund raising is essential.

So stay tuned for further information as it comes forth.  Remember - Hawks Rule!

P.S.: Send me an email at terryt@cahs1984.com.

Classmates,

I've just eaten my last portion of a Bo Peep salt fish patty that I brought back to get me through rough moments on Wall Street and truly wished that I was back on Magens Bay enjoying it's turquoise-blue waters.

The time spent at the reunion activities was certainly worth it as I haven't laughed like that in years from all the old-time jokes. I saw great friends that I hadn't seen since we marched across Reichold Center for the Performing Arts back in June of 84 in our caps and gowns. My ears are still ringing from the screams of surprise when old friends embraced and cried happy tears of joy at various events. High school rivalry seem to melt away as we bonded, exchanged business cards and family photos while eating local dishes we haven't tasted in years.
